Silentsong turned to Vibro and nodded to show that she had heard him. Silentsong changed her blaster-hands back to normal as she turned towards the temple, noting the fact that they'd almost been struck by a missile. Silentsong ran into the temple, hoping that the Thetacons wouldn't follow the Autobots inside, but she knew that is was likely that they would. There was sure to be something dangerous inside, but nobody seemed to know what it was, so effectively, the Autobots were heading in blind. Silentsong knew that it would take some kind of a miracle if the Autobots were to survive. The skirmish outside was only the beginning, and Silentsong tried to think of something the Autobots could use to their advantage, but she couldn't think of anything.

"Regroup! Regroup!" Redcap screamed at the top of his lungs as Laser disappeared into the heights. The AA guns were back online and they began frantically searching for he and Aegis. "Find them and destroy them!"
Bluecap radioed in. "I'm starting to think this was a setup..."
"What?"
"Valk knows everything. He would have known that we would be demolished."
"......hmmmm."
"We found him!" shouted an engineer.
And then it began to rain fire.
The suppressed pump of gatling rounds chewed into the enemies, followed by critically precise cannon fire. The repetitive onslaught sent privateers flying in all directions, pieces slicing off and ripped away.
"Damnit! He found US!"

Spironok instantly smelled danger as soon as it stepped inside the vault. It had to fight the urge to just leave. It was no idiot, and walking blindly in a cave was not something 'brave' to Spironok. But still, no one else wanted to be there, so it would have to suck it up. He kept moving forward, hoping to find his team.
Beam was disgusted....."Ummmm this place looks so nastyy...."

Carmana was still out with vibro. "As if I'm going to leave you here alone, Autobots stick together, am I right?" he kept firing.

Vibro urged carmana to come to the temple. Looking at the young guard, he hoped to protect him. Judging by Aegis and Laser attack, they should be done in no time. Heading over to Carmana and firing at any troops that dare come stop him. Giving Carmana cover, he pointed to the entrance.
"In due time Carmana, come head inside to meet with the others. We got a allspark to collect. Right now, your services are needed for us to be successful."

Carmana looked at vibro for a moment then nodded, he started backing up and glanced behind them, he threw his pistol into the air and drew a sword, he slashed and cut a DECEPTICON in half, he caught his pistol in his left hand. "Lets go then, I have a bone to pick with these cons...Grandslam, if your watching this up there...this for you buddy..." he started heading into the temple.

Waiting until all members of the party had regrouped into the interior of the temple - if it could be called that, looking at the state of the place - Jumpstart finally broke off from his defensive position and levelled off a few parting shots as he too backed into the building. Optics narrowed the medic cast an appraising optic over the team accounting for each and every member and noting injuries. Lowly and evenly, he elabourated on his earlier request:
"Look, I ain't in this for kicks... I'll say it once more, from here on out you guys don't call in when I ask for a status check, you get it in the audio when I catch ya. Only excuses for not respondin' are bein' offline or deactivated. Now, anyone need an assist before we head on into the fraggin' centre of the abyss back there?"[/color]
Above, Aegis soared into the thick of the dust-cloud for cover as the opposition's AA guns came online. Banking around, the femme brought her own her gatling guns to bear ready to return fire at the first opportunity but allowing Laser to lead the assault for the moment.
Opening comm, the flier addressed Tecton:
"Keep close. I'll maintain guard until you can safely make it to ground with the others."[/color]
Switching channels, she advised Laser:
"Flying high cover for our associate. Will direct fire as necessary, all weapons and scanning systems online and active. Incendiaries ready if required."[/color]

Kaka-BOOM!
These sounds, combined with the screams of enemies, burst out for mere seconds before they were washed away in the current of the sand storm. Even as it died down, the dust from the gunfire above concealed most of the carnage. Soon, nothing remained. Except two...
Laser scanned the area, picking up the friendly and the two enemies. He'd confront them later....
"Roger Spitfire....Everything seems cleared up here. Make another pass--begin your descent on the green light. I'll come after."
He then spoke with Vibro.
"Reporting: Callsign Angel of Death. Everything's cooled off on the exterior. Running a second pass just to make sure...will be joining shortly unless advised otherwise. Standing by for acknowledgement...."

Watertight turned his head over his shoulder to take notice of the Autobot troops heading in toward the entrance of the temple. The blue Autobot hesitated before sprinting behind them. He tossed a glance up toward the sky to get an idea of what the fliers were up to as he went. Speed and his long legs cleared the distance in no time at all. Watertight still high energy because he was not given much resistance from the enemies yet. Once he came to a stop he paused to swipe some dust from him. Picking up on a voice, the aquatic robot tilted his head toward the ground.
"I'm not hurt," He stated mutedly, deciding to respond to Jumpstart.
Quite suddenly, he drew the direction of his optics toward the darkened opening of the structure. Briefly, he scanned over the outside, but the barely discernible inside was what demanded his attention. Turning a foot sideways, he inched closer within, craning his neck a bit. The claws upon his foot spread out wide at his remained still to pick up on any odors that came from the place. Even from where he was, he could feel ominous tremors from below. It didn't even have a smell that seemed right. Watertight remained almost totally still; what his heightened senses picked up on alone was enough to make his freeze up without needing to even see anything.
"It's not right down there," He hissed, seeming to come back to himself.

"No one is injured Jumpstart, but your services will be needed when we enter the temple."
Vibro heads back into the entrance as he loads up his gun. Urging Carmana to get inside the temple along with the other autobots. Looking at Watertight who was scared to go inside, Vibro put his hand on his shoulder.
"Listen. We all have a job to do. And that is not make the decepticons win. If you are scared then you can watch the ship, I won't force you."
Responding to Laser, Vibro acknowledged.
