Adjustant to the Rust sea, is the Koriolis Desert. A creature was running through the Koriolis Desert, a part of Cybertron that is out in the open. This unprotected section of the Cybertron Highway, near the Rust Sea and it has been hit heavily due to the fighting. Other than the highway, and the spaceport that is located in the Rust Sea, the area is a total wasteland. Energon once ran freely in rivers, now only a bleak, barren desert subject to frequent blinding, air intake-choking, paint scarring dust storms. Visibility is poor; even the bright golden light of the suns cannot penetrate the murky depths of the restless dust. Half-rebuilt sections show where construction has been temporarily abandoned. The brand new materials gleam like new-found hope, a distinct contrast to the metal dust and grit of this grim desert.
Here, the creature, a saber-toothed tiger is running and hiding after its escape from the confines of the Decepticons that held him, at least as far as Saber knew. Right now, he knew little, besides a self preservation, and to protect himself from anything that comes after him. As he ran, he attacked both Autobot and Decepticon alike, as far as Saber was concerned, were enemies and trying to keep him caged.
Since Saber was originally going to be a Decepticon, but his original laser core/spark was never properly merged with the animal body and personality. Therefore, he is always fighting within himself, and is able to control his animistic tendencies. However, at times, the animal side of him comes out, like now. And thanks to Shockwave, he is extremely fast and is a good distance form where he was held. Now, to find a home and a place to rest and food.

Saber prowled int he desert, in his alternative mode, as he looked for food and attacked what prey was near his domain. As he prowled the night, he smelt something nearby. Looking around, he moved and stopped, as he sniffed the air again and headed for the scent he detected. Slowly, he moved, quiet int he night as his optics glowed as he looked around, and moved behind a hill. Slowly, he looked around the hill, and glazed to the left and right and spotted what he smelt, someone or something had came into his domain, and he did not know what it was, just that it was an enemy.
Being a distance from where he had escaped, he had found a place to live and was content with where he was. He kept his distance from those that lived in the various cities on Cybertron, and made sure that those who got to close, where chased off quickly. What helped him, was his speed, and the fact that he was able to scare most off with a roar. Growling, he raised his voice to make sure that whoever or whatever it was heard him. Perhaps, this would cause it to stop and run. If not, he would deal with it by hunting and tracking it while it was in his domain.
Quietly, he moved closer to the intruder, and saw that it was not one, but two intruders. He kept low and watched, as he saw one was carrying the other. Injured prey, and they looked worst off than there were. Perhaps he would not hurt them, but would scare them during the night. However, if they attacked, he would deal with them quickly. Growling, he stayed hidden as they moved and he tracked them across the Koriolis Desert. Saber did feel sorry for them, but not enough to help them. However, he knew somehow, that those who were injured, would be easy prey for those hunting them, and these two could bring others here. He was not happy or ready for that, but felt that could happen.
Deciding, he made his moved, and roared, causing the two to stop and look, "Wh..what was that?" asked the injured one, missing an arm and pretty torn up. "No idea, but lets not stay to find out," the other added as they moved. "Besides, we need to get to The Undergrid. WE still have a few days to go, and the cons are probably getting close," the second added as he moved. The first, looked and walked, leaning on the second, "You... you can leave me," he said and the second shook his head. "We are friends, and we do not leave each others side," he said to the first, bringing a smile to his face.
Saber listened and stopped as he looked at the two. He knew, no smelt that they were not going to survive, the injured one at least. The desert was not a place to survive, and if the Decepticons, whoever they were were after you, than you were good as dead. Perhaps, Saber should help them along to their maker. But they were not worth the time, he figured, since they were injured and looking for this Undergrid, whatever that was. For now, Saber would watch them, and not attack them as prey, since they would not put up a fight or be much of a fight. However, it is hard to say really what he would do, just that he was not going to let them out of his mind. Luckily, the desert allowed him to hide easily.

The night was coming and Saber stayed near the two bots as they moved across the desert. He looked around and sniffed the air as he followed them. They were scared, that much was smelt and he knew that they would be easy prey and not aggressive against him. So, he was not worried about them being in his domain. Looking off into the distance, he saw the lights of the spaceport and the rest of Cybertron, and some how, knew what it was, but not were or how.
Looking back at the two, he kept a distance from them, as they moved. They had found some cover, although not much and the two stopped and rested. The wind was picking up, as the rust floated into the air and into the desert. Saber found a hill or mesa and laid down, his crimson eyes glowing as he watched the two injured bots. Once he knew they were not going anywhere, he to shut his optics and rested. His ears twitched as a part of his mind listened to the noises of the desert. For now, it was night and rest was needed.
However, rising up, he took another look around and climbed down from where he had perched and found a hole to rest in, that kept him within eye distance of the two bots who were running.

From a sky a scorching black fire blacken the sky as Shadow twirls downward in a spiral. Transforming, he lands on both feet as he scans the area for a certain gate. Walking through the desert, he unlocks the data that he obtained from the decepticon computers. Visions of the vault appeared before him to give a clue on where it was. The sun was down as nighttime falls upon the desert, the data begins to mark a specific location.
"Bingo."
Firing his thrusters, he rushes towards the location as he had no time to lose. After several nano clicks, he makes it to the location, but there was nothing there.
"Where is it?...huh?"
Glowing bright purple, his optics fired a beam at the ground as a gate starts to rise up. Shadow smirked as he finally found it.
"Access the key the vector sigma."
Firing a beam from his optics again towards the lock, the gate starts slowly opening.

As Saber slept, he heard something and looked up as the echo of whatever carried across the landscape and through the air. Sniffing, he stood and his red optics looked around as his head turned and he began to move from his place of rest and watching as he heard a noise and felt a vibration. Growling, he began to jog towards the sound, well the general direction and stopped as he sniffed the air again and adjusted his course.
Once he was close, Saber knelt down and looked at the scene, as he saw a third transformer in the desert, but this was was not hurt, from the looks of it. This one was opening some access within the floor of the desert that had risen up. Growling louder, allowing the echo to travel, he moved around to see what what going on from a different perspective. This one, was one who would fight back, Saber figured as he saw that the Cybertronian was not hurt or damaged, yet and was actively looking for someplace or something.
Moving to a place where he could watch and stay hidden, he lowered his body to the ground, and watched, waiting for the time to strike to either scare the Cybertronian off or to attack. Either way, whoever it was was in the wrong place and the wrong time.

After a long journey, the ship finally reached its destination. Scanning the area of any other bots, it appears that they were alone. Slowly landing the ship, hovered above the sand. Turning it into glass, it landed giving the bots indication that they were here.
"Time to move."
Turning on the cloaking device, the ship was heavily concealed. Taking out the newly forged key of Iota. Rexacon put it away as the doors opened. Getting out, the night was still young for these decepticons. Time for them to finally make history and claim what is rightful theirs. A place among the gods, oh Megatron would be so proud.

Roll had gotten out of her lab as she took out several inventions with her. Never of having them tested, she figured she can test them against the traps they will be facing.
"Well EchoBlade, lets see you get put to the test."
Having said that, Roll got out of the ship as she heads towards the coordinates with Rexacon.

Bunker strolled off the ship, stepping foot onto the sandy ground. Bunker immediately grunted at the atmosphere, looking groggily around the scenery. "Oh for the love of...this place. I'm going to be picking rust particles out of my thrusters for days...." Bunker said, wafting air around his face to clear the rusty 'dust storm' from entering his intakes. "Primus I hate rust storms." He added, following in behind Roll and Rexacon

Tsssssssst....
This was the sound of Kol's armor as his visor clamped shut over his singular optic, and the creases of the body sealed themselves. These would block entry of any 'sand', and keep him at utmost performance. He stepped down from the ramp, making no sound and sending a small dust cloud from beneath his feet. He gripped his great heavy rifle, looking in all directions as the sand settled around the ship.
Scanning the area, he began to make notable observations.
"Elevation at 1.7 kliks above sea-level, wind speeds at 20 kmh....25 kmh..26..." He stopped. The wind speeds were rising...
"A storm is coming." He said aloud, to anyone who would care to listen. Scraping a bit of the rusty material from his arms, he continued. "By my calculations, it will be upon the area within two joors. We can't leave the ship here if we plan to be here longer than that. A Rust Storm is nothing merciful."
Kol spoke from experience. He had been here before. As well as several other deserts during Black Ops missions. A Rust Storm could do terrible things. It was the fastest promoter of one of the foulest words in Cybertron.
Erosion.
