Name:LabRat
Allegiance: Decepticon

Dexterity: 8
Speed: 4

Tech Skill: 10
Charisma: 5
Rank: 1 Civilian (consultant)
Profile:
He is a mad scientist by every definition of the word. Nerdy in appearance, slow, and weak in a fight, he makes up for it in raw brilliance. He boasts an arsenal like no other, made up mostly of weapons he has built himself (most of which don’t work, this doesn't stop him however from pulling out a rifle with 4 barrels that does nothing but puff smoke before catching fire). He is known widely (and mostly not in a good way) in Decepticon circles for his wacky, and malfunctioning inventions. He does occasionally get lucky though, and invents something that actually works.
Some of his 'less than good' ideas included Autobot fly paper, and the inflatable Megatron (to fool the Autobots). He hardly ever fights, but when backed into a corner you bet he will pull out an offbeat invention that more often than not has his allies duck for cover as much as his enemies. Because of this he's considered a more or a behind the lines asset.
Being an Engineer and what passes as a Transformer medical doctor LabRat also excels in using his medical knowledge to 'persuade' Autobots to talk. It's said that once strapped down onto his table, unless rescued and Autobot will spill his guts either figuratively or literally. Because of this the threat of ‘being sent to the labs’ has become a method of keeping Decepticon subordinates inline. Unlike most Decepticons LabRat has no real desire to lead or rise through the ranks. He’s happy being subordinate to his leader as long as he’s in charge of his own lab, and is given a steady supply of ‘test subjects’. His methods tend to combine physical and psychological means to extract information. He’s even experimented with VR simulations downloaded directly into a Transformers central processor.
Weaknesses:
It is said that LabRat suffers from among other things Antisocial Personality Disorder, Sadistic personality disorder, Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder and a number of Anxiety disorders. For the most part he can control his condition through a cocktail of 'additives' that he injects through a special medical pump embedded into his left forearm. The green liquid is a cocktail of energon and psychotropic additives that calms his racing mind allowing him to focus on the task at hand. Without this medicine LabRat becomes very irritable, manic, and homicidal/suicidal. If the drug is injected into the energon stream of a bot that doesn’t have LabRat’s special blend of disorders its reaction is akin to Transformer LSD.
It’s unknown if LabRat’s condition is a flaw in his personality track, a mutation in his spark, or an effect of years of self-experimentation and no one’s been brave enough to take him of the medication for an extended period of time.
