Tonic is an oddly shaped Transformer with random shards of metal sticking out of him in many places and a third arm/tail while in his robotic mode. He has 5 retractable claws on his hands, 3 on one and only two on the other. On his back he has the forks of the forklift, which he will load objects on and shoot off at a high speed to act as a catapult. He is a light blue from minerals he has mined and crushed up to make paint and he also has some kind of clear metal lines running up and down his body which allows other to see green enegon slowly flow throughout his body.
Once an Autobot worker, Tonic spent his cycles loading and unloading crates of minerals that he mined out of an old, remote mineral mine. He had done that job for most of this life and enjoyed it very much, but he always wanted more. He had potential for greater things and he knew it, his friends knew it, everyone who worked in that old mine knew he could do much more. The Autobots could tell he had power, but his spark has dark. The mine was a beautiful place with good bots, and they hope that if he stayed there, maybe his spark would become bright like the crystals he minded. Sadly, they were wrong.
Tonic left the mine and the Autobots altogether and decided to join the Decepticons where he hoped to be appreciated. The Decepticon treated him like a solder and trained him to use his abilities to its fullest extent. It didn’t matter if they cared about him or not to Tonic; he just wanted to be on a side which used his talent. Now he is on the front line, destroying everyone and thing in the path of his side.
Weakness: Tonic is strong for toe to toe. He tries to trap enemies with his shutdown wall and fight them head on, either by melee or ranged. He is not good a chasing an opponent though. Break the crystals and shutdown wall and will not only not be able to trap you, but he will lose all the energy that he placed inside the pillar. Attack or harass him while moving away will make it more difficult for him to fight back.
Tonic did learn something from the mine; how precious everything is. Minerals are nice, but a spark shines bright and each one matters. He mourns the loss of each fellow bot, even if he was the one who took their spark. In the middle of battle, he will stop for each one he kills and after all is done, he will mourn the rest. He doesn’t hate Autobots, he just prefers the Decepticons.
