Endo is a weird little bot that spends way to much time alone. Her social skills suffer slightly due to her lack of exposure to other bots. For as long as she can remember, she's been an explorer. She's learned to survive on her own, she doesn't like violence, she likes finding things. She's very passive and some-what skiddish, though don't mistake her neurotic jumpy behavior for fear, she has a heart of stern stuff.
But her form of bravery isn't in heroics or recklessness, she simply does things as they happen. She's walked on worlds with hostile primative and violent species to collect samples, she's ventured close to super nova's to capture accurate readings. In most every single incidence, her courage finds itself spear headed by curiosity. Could she stand up to megatron? Probably not, but she might throw a rock at him if he's picking on some one!
A long time ago, when Transformers were still young and learning to transform, she acquired her deep space exploration job. She picked up a vehicle mode that allowed her to travel between star systems and clusters and tough, mobile robot mode upgrades that allow her to transverse and survive extremely harsh environments. She only returns to cybertron once every few dozen cycles with data and small microscopic samples of her findings. But has vast knowledge of the galaxy and possibly even other galaxies. Cybertron's star system and the surrounding 600 star systems are like her back yard, she knows them inside and out. The area beyond that she knows quite well and even further still, she has entire clusters of other star systems in her memory banks. She has probably even visited earth long ago. She's been doing this for hundreds of megacycles and is very well connected to the science leagues and divisions among cybertron.
While she is smart and clever, she does not prefer to sit around and think, she prefers to explore. She enjoys pondering and hypothesizing using her wisdom to come to educated guesses about the things she finds, but always differs to the bots much smarter than her for the truth. She is simply and utterly fascinated by exploration and prefers that frontier to any other thing out there.
After being gone from Cybertron for nearly 40 cycles when she returns to her home to find it in turmoil. Something that unsettles her deeply. It frightens her, but she'll do what she always does. Because through it all, it's the one strategy that always works.
She'll hide and watch.
But this time it wont be enough, she'll have to act.
Weaknesses:
She's small, her strength can never raise above a 4, even through unnatural temporary/permanent means. Extended exposure to unfiltered photons has permanently damaged her vocalization circuits causing her grammer and speech to be permanently effected. This defect prevents her charisma from every raising above a 6, even through unnatural temporary/permanent means.

Useful when surrounded. The second adjustment is the duration of effect, varying from a few seconds, (often used to silence an overly talkative bot) to an hour depending upon his needs. Only one of these adjustments can be made at a time.
The other weapon he holds is an energon short sword clipped onto his right side.
Special Abilities: Cloaking device, it doesn't make him fully invisible only translucent giving him the look of a spectral entity while it's active (especially if he hovers). It's only of any use if he creeps up behind a bot or has to hide in the shadows.

Profile: This is the bot who Cutlass goes to for repairs and upgrades. He doesn't ask questions about damages and will repair any bot, provided they can bring him the parts required. This is not to be mistaken for a caring persona however, as he would happily perform a procedure upon a fully alert bot.
This side to him is kept well hidden behind a well-mannered and calm facade.
He seems to have alot of money saved up, unfortunately most of it is spent keeping a certain pirate-bot out of prison... The motive behind his aid is simple, if he keeps Cutlass out of prison, he is repaid with the resources that Cutlass obtains.
The only bot he may actually care about is his assistant Volca. She is the reason he has not joined the decepticons.
Weaknesses: His lack of weapons makes him an easy target.

Weapons: Her arms transform into plasma cannons. They aren't overly powerful but they are still enough to make a nice dent. Only any good over a medium range. For close range attacks she uses the light weight sword sheathed on her back. Usually in a slashing motion in an attempt to push her attacker back.
Special Abilities: Able to project an energy shield. It is extremely durable, but once it shatters she is left drained and weak. She doesn't like using it.

Profile: The creation of Fear was heralded by the arrival of a mysterious entity in his mind from the ancient past. When the entity was cast out, it found a new home in the form of Fear's deformed Shadow Ion clone. While it lacks weapons and the ability to upgrade, the entity uses the clone as more of a vehicle to get to where it wants to go. The true identity of the entity is unknown, but this will no longer be the case when its master plan is revealed. For now, it has adopted the alias "Icon Urn".

From what I'm guessing you either want him to be a neutral or a civilian. For civilian, you just need to add 2 points to his stats for it to be 62. For neutral, that'll be 10 more points for it to be 70. Once that is done, you can repost the app for me to have another look at it. |
