A large blue eye rolled opened inside the bunker, lighting up the room. Laser studied his visitor closely. He did not know her. He spoke deeply and clearly. "How can I assist you?"

Soundwave glared at the fembot for just about a moment before standing up at his full height. "Very well. I will show you Decepticon superiority!" And with that last statement, he fired a blast from his shoulder-mounted cannon. One thing was sure, after this, they were definitely going to be in need of a new recruitment office.

Starfire can hear her circuits pop and crackle with excitement as the fight breaks out. Hearing soundwaves deadpan voice erupt with volume (Not not additional pitch) excited her greatly.

"Oh PRIMUS YES"

She screams, as she throws herself backwards, the blast comes so close to the abdominal chasis that she can feel it sear her. A soft little kiss of pain to brighten her senses, when she comes out of her backwards roll, she springs forward, arms out. Her hands slide into her slender feminine forearms, and malicious plasma blades extend out.

"YAHHHH!!"

She cries aggressively as she attempts to put her shoulder into the smaller bot's chest!

Soundwave was ultimately ready for such a hot-headed assault, unfazed, however her vigor was surprising. "Laserbeak!" He called as the female Seeker lunged at him. Laserbeak immediately swoop in from Starfire's right flank in an attempt to knock her off course. Soundwave, being smaller, gave him much more maneuverability in the room, he quickly dove to Starfire's left. If Laserbeak succeeded, she would land within Soundwave's 'ass kicking' range. While if he failed, the both of them would still be in a position to surround her.

Evade and Strike. Evade and Strike. Those words echoed through her mind, words to live by. Dodge until you can't feel your cables and pullies any more, but don't ever get hit. When you're hit you're dead. For a medium armored bot like her, she lived by the words. She had not expected Soundwave's little pets, she knew nothing about him, but always found it most exciting to learn about a person through combat.

For a small bird, the impact knocked her good, It steered her in exactly the direction sound wave wanted to go, but she isn't just gonna lay there. Feeling a type of pain other than the pain of near starvation or the burning of the energon shakles was like fire in her veins. It was better than joining sparks with a bot, better than the purest energon you could find. Deep down, she loved it more than anything.

She ducks and rolls, extending her wrist to fire a cluster bomb, even if it doesn't hit him, all it has to do is hit near him to have the effect she wants. As she comes out of her roll, she fires the thrusters on her feet at a perfect 45 to keep her strafing movement as high as she can get it, and for stability, she's always felt more comfortable in the air than on the ground, her thrusters may as well be a second set of feet for her.

The cluster-bomb exploded just as Soundwave reached his desired position. The explosion, while not hitting him directly, knocked him back while scorching his chassis. "Ravage!" As soon as he called the feline-bot's name, the cassette was launched from his chest at high speed. Ravage transformed mid-air on a collision course with Starfire. Meanwhile, Laserbeak perched up on a nearby broken support pillar.

At this rate there would never be a chance for her to strike at him, she might have to take a risk. She did not know what Ravage was, but when she heard the sound of the metalic cat growl, she knew right away what was coming for her.

She holds her right arm out and begins firing a barrage of armor piercing laser cannon blasts. If she is lucky, one will hit him and take him out flat. If not, her left hand is sliding back out after the plasma blade retracted, poised to catch Ravage by the throat should he leap at her.

Guardian Containment

Darkfire nearly jumped out of her armor when the large blue optic opened. The guardian had to be absolutely enormous. Her first instinct was to go for cover, but the guardian didn't seem hostile. In fact, he even asked how he could assist her. Calming herself, Darkfire gazed up into the big blue optic. "I am Darkfire. I...I don't suppose you know about the war brewing outside of these walls?" Feeling like she was rushing, Darkfire forced herself to word her question more tactfully. "I have a sister...named Foxfire. I care about her more than anything else in this world," she said, obviously distressed.

"I-I just..." Darkfire sighed shaking her head. "Sorry, guardian...coming here was foolish...I apologize for disturbing you. There's just...no one else to turn to." Darkfire felt her emotions boiling up inside of her like some sort of maelstrom. "I need..." Darkfire said softly, "to...protect her..."

Ravage somersaulted mid-air, letting one of the blasts graze him, knocking him off course. He landed on the right of Starfire. The scorch along his backside would keep him out of the fight, but the fact of the matter was, he was simply a distraction. Soundwave had taken the opportunity to line his shoulder cannon up with Starfire while she had dealt with the feline Decepticon. Soundwave then let out several bursts from his shoulder-mounted cannon.

She had kind of expected this to happen. In her gut she felt like it was coming. But there wasn't much she could do to stop it. She tries to avoid the blast, but he's already had several milliseconds to line the shot up, more than enough time. The blast catches her shoulder a wing, but it's obvious, after only a brief stagger she isn't done yet.

Then she does something possibly unexpected, she transforms and opens her thrusters up. The massive burst of energy rockets her straight at Soundwave at extreme speed. Her wing and part of her left intake is damaged with laser burns, but she still has enough thrust to accomplish her plan.

To keep Soundwave off balance, she fires another cluster rocket, but she's traveling so fast, both herself and the rocket might hit at the same time, since the difference in distance isn't really far enough for the rockets full burn to take effect. It'll still move like a bat out of hell, but so is she! Again, the Cluster rocket most likely wont even hit Soundwave.

At the last second, she'll transform to robot mode though, with intent to tackle him to the ground, through the wall, possibly.
