The Undergrid
Ghost's transmission struck Darkfire hard. It was something that she already knew and thought that she had accepted. But...deep down, Darkfire honestly didn't know what she would do when her sister found out. She was terrified. So scared of losing her sister. Though, she'd never admit to anyone. Especially that smart-aft stranger. Scared of his rifle, yeah right. She had better things to be afraid of than death. She was still reeling when Kol's transmission snapped her out of it. Business. That was her only solace now. Business. No emotional attachment. Just business.
Darkfire faded off into the shadows, where she became nearly impossible to see normally. She cloaked and soon had disappeared. If anyone looked for her, they would assume that she was still walking nearby, just within the shadows. Darkfire stopped in her tracks and looked up scanning the ceiling. Soon enough, she saw the blur of movement above. Not a cloaker then. Perfect. It made things so much easier. Spotting the initial movement was the hardest but from there, one could generally follow the movements. The assassin kept her optics locked on to the lurking threat and drew out her dual blades. She placed herself directly below it. Business. Her foot thrusters came online and she shot up towards Shadow, slashing at the back of his neck as it came into a clearer view.
----------
Foxfire frowned and looked down at the ground. His kind? What did her sister mean by that anyway? She shook her head. Now wasn't the time to ask questions, but when this was over with, she definitely had more than a few for Darkfire. She glanced over and saw Darkfire speaking angrily to Ghost. Foxfire heaved a sigh. Why did her sister have to pick a fight with everyone? She just didn't get it. After her sister left Ghost, Foxfire followed him to the front and walked over to him with an apologetic smile on her face.
"Sorry about her. Darkfire's only looking out for me and she can be rather...aggressive and...rude about it. She means well though. I hope you can forgive her. We've had kind of a hard life."

Shadow continued walking on the ceiling of the tunnel as he watched the group from different tunnels. After passing through one tunnel, Shadow began to notice another person missing. Where did the female seeker go? It was almost like she disappeared instantly...wait could there be a cloaked in the mist? No, it wasn't possible otherwise one would of sneaked up to him by now. Suddenly he heard thrusters come on as he fired his thrusters forward to avoid direct confrontation. Suddenly, he felt a pain in his leg as the blade managed to scratch him. Shadow dropped to the ground as he turned towards the attacker. His optics shift from blue to red as he drew out his deathcalibur. Deathcalibur opened as the sword envelops in flames. Whoever this bot is, she'll do. A nice little snack to get him back on full gear.
"I suppose one of your little comrades managed to detect me. Was it the little drone?"

Kol casually appeared a few yards behind Shadow and painted the target with his chain rocket system. His assumptions were correct. Setting Darkfire up for ambush was the perfect way to expose their new visitor. He spoke calmly but firmly.
"We do not wish to harm you master, but as you can see, we are on a tight schedule. You are critically outnumbered, and your chances of survival are pitifully low. We have no malicious intent, but will respond with deadly force if necessary."
Kol signaled to Darkfire with his eye again. The signal was smaller and faster again. This was the breaking point. The point where the cornered adversary gives in and negotiates, or does something stupid. He had no idea how dangerous their new counterpart was, but if Darkfire was prepared for anything he might do, casualties were limited.
"We are on our way to Iacon, to engage the forces of Zeta Prime, who must be punished for his intolerable acts. We pass through this underground network in peace. Shall you let us pass unscathed? Or will we have to negotiate....further?"

Shadow looked at Kol with a smirk as he looked back at Darkfire. The drone was right, he was outnumbered. Leaving behind more damaged than usual would be bad given how low his energon levels was. To be at full capacity, he needed energon. Shadow thought his chances with the seeker were good, but with the drone having to enter the fray, it was harder. When the drone mentioned Zeta Prime and going in to stop him, this was the perfect chance. To avenge his fallen comrades and to torture the autobot leader before killing him. Shadow appears to be mistaken on the fact that they were zeta prime soldiers. Shadow put away Deathcalibur and walked up to Kol.
"You stopping Zeta Prime has gained my interest. I will lead you straight underneath the citadel, where you won't be detected. In exchange, I get some energon."

~Undergrid catacombs~
Starfire had noticed Chase got quiet, she didn't mind. This was a long haul type deal and sometimes Starfire didn't like a lot of talking. Her idea was shot down, she might've argued if she cared, but then there was that huge bot that was with them, the carrier. His vehicle mode made hers look like a toy, no way he'd be able to keep up, so walking was the quickest they could go.
When She realizes her partner has drifted away, she starts looking around for her. Then the commotion arises, Darkfire reappears off to the side in the distance, slashing at something. Starfire's eyes narrow and she fires her thrusters, lifting up off the ground to move closer to Darfire very rapidly.
"An Attacker! Look out!"
She shouts this as loud as she can to make sure the entire chain of bots with them hears it, front to back. The arm of the shoulder that Chase is sitting on grips Chase's legs to make sure she stays on for the ride as Starfire closes the distance between her and her partner in 3 seconds flat, she winds up landing near Darkfire with a metalic thud as her hefty weight hits the ground soundly and points her other arm at shadow, backing Darkfire up. She has her arm mounted Armor piercing laser cannon pointing right at the Prone Shadow.
"Slice his Achilles pulley's and disable any thruster's he has if you decide to take that offer."
She said to no one in particular. Most likely to the leadership of their little band of Renegades, Vibro and Rexacon. She was rutheless when it came to Prisoner's of war and if this guy was looking to make a meal of one of them, he can't be trusted, period.
Chase would have a relatively stable place from where to aim her own guns if she wished to, they're probably close enough now that her eye-sight wont conflict with her ability to get a square shot off. Starfire is strong enough and agile enough to carry her femme bot friend on her shoulder and still be able to maneuver and move around down here with relative ease.

Undergrid Chase was just sitting on Starfire's shoulders, cloaked and going through this cycles events, when the seeker femme suddenly shouted out "An Attacker! Look out!". Chase's training and coding imidiatly kicked in as she, may Primus now how, twisted her body and jumped from Star's shoulder, landing behind the seeker as it continued towards the attacker. Old systems wired to life, systems she thought she didn't have anymore. It was a pleasent surprise though, since the systems started to analyze things. Not deeply, but none the less give some needed info on things. Readying her blades, she drove slightly closer to the attacker, immidiatly seeing that Kol and Darkfire had already made their moves. Instead of being in the way, she placed herself on the sideline, ready in case anything should happen. There was no reason for everyone to swarm around the threat, if it was any at all. It might seem like a good idea, but it could very easily be dangerous. The attacer's weapons didn't seem like toys, especially not the sword and he knew how to use it. Whatever it was made of, it wasn't your everyday blade from the nearest weaponshop. It was powerfull, probably even able to go through cybertanium with some good hits.
It was a good offer that the, maybe, threat made, but Chase didn't like it. It seemed too.. easy. No one would just simply make such an offer after having threatened someone, merely because they wanted to kill someone. Also, where the hell were they supposed to get Energon? Surely she carried something with her, but that was emergency-stuff, made to kick start your systems, not as something you should run on. There had to be something more, a deeper meaning. Well, it wasn't Chase's job to figure things out, but she surely wouldn't take such an offer if it was up to her. It would make it easier to come to the citadel and it would increase their numbers, but with what risks? The numbers didn't add up, at least not in her processors. Watching how others reacted, she waited for someone to answer, since she didn't have the rank, so to speak.

~Undergrid~
Ghost turned to Fox, opening a private channel. Dark didn't really bother him, but the lack of trust as well as the amount of lies surrounding the group was a liability to the mission. You're not going to work well with someone you don't trust or with a group named after deception.
"It's understandable. If I were you however, I'd watch my back..." He then stopped noticing the new arrival. Some guy lurking in the Undergrid who just happened to know how to get under the most fortified place on Cybertron? Unlikely. He gripped his rifle. Unfortunately, being new to the group, he couldn't say anything about it without being mistrusted himself.

The Undergrid
It was hard to hide the look of appall Darkfire had on her face once her partner flew to the rescue. How loud had that shout been? How many other creatures knew of their existence now? The need to facepalm was steadily rising within the assassin, but she managed to hold it at bay for the moment. Business. She scowled at the interloper and stepped up, the scowl slowly turning into a malevolent smile.
"And...why should we agree to any deal you suggest? You're outnumbered...Outmatched...Why should we give you anything? Other than your life that is, and...even that feels fairly generous."
Even though she had stepped closer, the assassin kept a fair distance away from the creature. In all honesty, Darkfire would have loved to terminate him right now. He was far too great of a liability to simply have hanging around. At least fully functional. Starfire's suggestion was a good one. Crippling him would reduce his risk factor by a lot.
Foxfire frowned at Ghost again. Watch her back? For...Darkfire? If there was anyone she could trust, it was Darkfire. But maybe...Darkfire was keeping something from her. Foxfire wouldn't put it past her sister to do something like that. She had always tried to shoulder every single burden in their lives alone. Foxfire wanted to help. Darkfire didn't deserve all the pain and weight of those burdens. She could be so annoying sometimes.
News of an attacker jarred Foxfire from her reverie. She drew out her energon battle pistol and attached the EMP emitter. As she moved a bit closer to the fray, Foxfire saw Darkfire being difficult as usual. It wouldn't kill her to give the bot some energon would it? She sighed with frustration.
"Dark, it's not gonna kill you to give him some energon. Shouldn't we at least help him out that much?"
Darkfire looked over to her sister with a mixed look of appall and irritation. Why? Why in the name of Primus did her sister always have to butt into every single negotiation that she tried to conduct? She wanted to strangle Foxfire somedays. She returned her gaze to Shadow. She did wonder how he would reply.
Deathdancer heard the call of attacker and thought it sounded much like "a stacker". Twirling in place, Deathdancer raced forward taking out her scythe and leaped in one bound onto Blackout's shoulders.
"C'mon Blackie! Too slow! You're going to miss all the fun!"
Deathdancer bounced off of Blackout's shoulders and soared through the air, landing very near to Kol and Shadow. She smiled and twirled her scythe absently. She began to sing in a very sing-song voice.
"Pain, pain, comes to-day! Are you ready now? Let's play!"
Vibro turned at the call of an attacker. He had hoped that it wouldn't have come to this. The offer Shadow made was dubious. After Rexacon got them closer to Iacon, Vibro would be able to lead them through to an entrance to the surface. It would leave them at the base of the Decagon at the citadel. Sure, it would be guarded, but they had a team for that. They would probably have to travel with some degree of stealth to the security override, but it wasn't too far away. Vibro had been down in the Undergrid before. One of his old broadcast stations had been down here. Not too far in, but far enough. They didn't really need this bot's help.
"I'll know the way once we get closer, and we don't really have any energon to spare. We don't really need your help."

The Undergrid
Blackout followed Deathdancer to the crowd as they all surrounded Shadow pointing their weapons or getting it ready for him. The cybertronian was outnumbered and outgunned. There was no way for him to win or escape and for him to make a deal like that is insane. However, while it was good for Starfire to alert them of the attacker, it was bad enough for them if any other creature was alerted. Blackout began to hear a faint sound coming from the distance like a drill, but ignored it. As he took his guns aiming at Shadow.
Shadow looked at each of the cybertronians as he saw how outnumbered he was. For that many cybertronians to go aim their weapons was truly pathetic. He was just one bot and wasn't going to do harm......yet. Shadow then looked at Darkfire to give her his response.
"You do what you can to survive in the under grid. Especially against other lost cybertronians or wildlife. There is a passage way that is underneath the citadel for emergency exit. I know how to get there in an astrosecond. While Zeta's troops are busy with Orion Pax and Megatron, you guys would be able to go there undetected and surprise attack Zeta. If you think it, it's not a bad deal."
Rexacon came to the group as he looked at Shadow with a stare through his visor. This cybertronian had wasted their time with the commotion. Orion and Megatron could already be having trouble with Zeta prime at any moment. The mission was at stake and he had no time with this.
"Kill him now."
Suddenly, they began to hear a large screech sound coming from all directions like a drill. Shadow smirked as he took out Deathcalibur, but didn't activate it. He looked at the group around him and chuckled a bit.
"Looks like we got scraplets coming this way. I can lead you safety away from them and into the citadel quicker. In a matter of astroseconds, they will come and devour us. If I was you then you'll spare me."
Rexacon clenched his fist as he opened a way for Shadow to get through. Shadow smirked as he ran past Rexacon and headed towards one of the tunnels.
"Follow me."

Towreck had his weapons at the ready, and was about to shoot at shadow untill he heard the screeching. It had made his circuts shiver, and then when he heard Shadow say they were scraplets, he put his weapons up and looked to the other bots with them. "Well, I don't know about you guys, but I say we follow him. I would rather be alive than be some food for those scraplets..." He said, before looking to his partner. "Alright Starport, I know your big but try to stick close." He said, before starting to walk. He didn't want to take his chances with those scraplets.
