Strength: 6 Intelligence: 8 Dexterity: 6 Speed: 6 Endurance: 6 Courage: 6 Firepower: 6 Accuracy: 6 Melee: 6 Tech Skill: 8 Charisma: 6 Rank:Profile:Once a top engineer for the Empire, Compile was lost during a massive explosion, and has only recently been recovered. Reconstructed by Soundwave, Compile has a strong sense of loyalty to him and his fellow tapes. A medic by design, Compile uses his position to report otherwise unknown information directly to Soundwave and the Decepticon CoC. He has unwavering respect for the High Command, but few others, which often gets him into trouble. On the few occasions he must defend himself, Compile carries high-frequency sonic emitters built into his arms, each capable of overloading the circuits of an opponent. For close quarters, he has a power blade that extends from his right forearm, while on his left arm, is a cannon, capable of projecting flames and superheated plasma. When in the repair bay, he relies on his years of experience, as well as his advanced optics designs, which allows him to see via hi-powered X-rays. Background:Before the first Cybertroian War, there was a strong Transformer created. His mission was Construction. Pile was designed and built for building and repairing constructions. Due to his small size, he was ideal for getting into areas that other Transformer construction bots could not. His small size allowed him to get into small areas, by transforming into alternate mode, and then back to their Robot modes. Doing this, he could get into any place that was needed, fix what was needed, and leave without any problems. Soon, Pile became well known, and his expertise was called on all the time, which was keeping him busy. Then the first war between the Autobots and the Decepticons started. The first Cybertroian War made Pile without work, due to the fact, that he would be building or repairing something, and it would just be destroyed. However, his skills where not over looked, and he soon became a recruit for both factions, however, in the end, the Decepticons won that battle. Pile was mostly repairing the injured Decepticons, but Pile was known to get out and participate in a battle. Pile did not serve the Decepticons long. One day during a battle, Pile’s laser core was damaged, and the building behind him was hit by a wild shot, and came crushing down. He went off-line, buried under the building. Recently, about a year ago, Pile was found by one of Soundwave’s tapes, in the same place as he where buried eons ago. The remains of the Decepticon Emblem was found on him, and he was taken back the Decepticon Headquarters. He was going to be turned into scrap, however, Soundwave ordered his tapes to find the remains of his brainbox, and take it to his workshop. There, he was given a new body based off of Rumble and Frenzy. His laser core was damaged, so Soundwave whiped it’s memory and began work on rebuilding it’s personality.. As Soundwave finished, he programmed in that this new tape would be loyal to him, his tapes and the Decepticon CoC. Also part of his new programming by Soundwave, was to watch and spy on those who he repairs, and to report what he sees to Soundwave and the Decepticon CoC. When he came on-line, Compile was born. After being created, Megatron, Soundwave and company left to fight the Autobots who had left Cybertron, and now he is a medic and field technician for the Decepticons and he still follows his programming, or recording and spying on those within the Decepticons. Weaknesses:Compile’s primary weakness, is that he has a tendency to become enraged. This is the odd thing to him, because he is easy going. This flaw is because his laser core was rebuilt, and his original personality was severely damaged and deleted. Soundwave reprogrammed him, and attempted to make him much like his original personality, only loyal to him, the Decepticon CoC and his fellow tapes. His voice is low, like that of a human’s whisper, and not any louder, also it is monotone, so you have to pay attention to what he says. This is also due to his laser core being rebuilt and reprogrammed. Also, he is annoying, another flaw due to having a new and rebuilt laser core.

Name: Jumpstart
Allegiance: Autobot
Function: Medic
Alt. mode: Medical ATV
Weapons: Ranged: Standard Issue Plasma Charge Rifle Hand-to-Hand: Onboard Electro-Charge System**, Laser Bladed Combat Knife
Special Abilities: ** Kinetically powered EMP Charge Generator, typical use is as a defibrillator in the line of duty but can be discharged on contact in battle at varying degrees of intensity with effects ranging from disorientation to unconsciousness. See weaknesses for further detail.
Height: 26 Feet
Quote: “If a smack don’t fix it, it’s a technical issue”
STR: 7 INT: 7 DEX: 5 SPD: 4 END: 5 COURAGE: 6 FIREPOWER: 4 ACCURACY: 4 MELEE 7 TECH SKILL: 9 CHARISMA: 5 RANK: TBA
Profile:
Rough around the edges is a polite way of describing Jumpstart. Built on the ‘wrong side of the tracks’, he’ll swear, drink and party with the worst of them, but put him in a tight spot with a life on the line and he’ll come into his own element.
He’s an exceptionally skilled medic, who, despite the bravado and ruffianism, always gives more than his due in the line of duty. Just don’t get in between him and his drink after surgery or, as he says, he’ll "hand you five good reasons to get the hell out"… that is before he smacks you halfway across the bar or verbally reduces you to scrap metal.
On a personal level, he’s completely dedicated to his chosen cause and more than willing to fight to the last drop of fluid in his lines to uphold his beliefs. He will give all to preserve the lives of those in his care, including a hefty amount of damage to the opposition. Treat him with respect and he’ll return the favour, possibly even offering friendship and a few drinks in his more sociable moments. Cross him and you’ll regret it for quite a while, as this guy can hold his grudges as well as his high-grade.
As may well be expected, being a line-built medtech, Jumpstart is equipped with all manner of surgical tools; everything from arc-welders to plasma cutters; cryogenic sprayers and onboard medication infusers. Most of this tooling is integral to his build, housed in the gauntlets at each of his wrists. Those tools that aren't integral are remotely 'callable' from sub-space, attaching to various multi-function connectors alongside his on-boards. He is fully versed in all standard medical approaches and techniques needed to treat both his own species and can improvise well enough to extend his skills to assist other species should it be necessary.
Jumpstart is well-known for his skills in hand-to-hand combat, a skill honed to a particularly sharp edge in the bars and clubs of his old neighbourhood. He relies on a combination of his medical knowledge and a heavy dose of “experience” in order to defend himself. As such, he is capable of causing significant, debilitating damage to an opponent in melee combat.
However, as a medic, he holds to the credo of only doing what is necessary to defend himself or a patient, up to the point of rendering an opponent unconscious. He will never knowingly inflict fatal damage in combat. Hold no doubts though that if riled, he’ll make good use of whatever’s to hand to put you in your place – whether that be on a repair bench or flat out on the floor.
Weaknesses:
Jumpstart's onboard charge system allows him to generate significant voltages, which can be channelled on contact only. At close range, he is capable of putting out enough electrical power in one burst to render a fellow Cybertronian unconscious. Isolators built into his gauntlets prevent any further damage being inflicted to another in these situations. Should these isolators be damaged or otherwise rendered ineffective, the charge delivered will be much higher and will cause significant damage to both the medic and his opponent.
Despite his apparently violent tendencies, Jumpstart is still only basically a line-built medic. He frequently over-estimates his abilities in hand-to-hand combat against larger opponents leading to him spending as much time on the repair bench as those in his care do.
He is also very fond of high grade energon and female company, which typically leads to trouble with law enforcement, much to the displeasure of his commanding officers.

Hello, and allow me to welcome you to TF Universe RPG! I'm Towreck, one of the moderators on this forum. Now, onto your profile. I really, Really like your character, and cant wait to see him in action. However, you will have to add some points, as I will make him a Rank 5 (Soldier). Your current stats add up to 63, so you have 7 more to add to your liking, making a Total of 70. Also, if its not too much, you did elaborate on your weapons giving a good description, but if you could describe the Plasma Charge Rifle, and how far the range is, that would be much appreciated. Repost with the the said weapon description in your Profile, and the stats fix with the added rank, and you will be good. Untill then, this app is- Denied

Thanks for the feedback, Towreck Wasn't exactly sure how to handle point allocation so I erred on the side of averages and honestly forgot to take the rifle stats from his existing profile on my HDD, I've so rarely been asked for it on other boards! Please see edited profile below: DX Name: Jumpstart Allegiance: Autobot Function: Medic Alt. mode: Medical ATV Weaponry:Ranged: Standard Issue Plasma Charge Rifle Damage Type: Heat-Based. Will burn through most light to medium armour-plating on contact at closer ranges. Higher armour classes are typically repellent and experience cosmetic damage only. Hits at longer ranges are of lesser intensity as the energy of bolts diminishes as they travel. Active Range: 300 metres Firing Rate: The rifle takes clips of 100 bolts discharged at a rate of 10 bolts/min in continuous use. Meleé: Onboard Electro-Charge System** & Laser Bladed Combat Knife Special Abilities: ** Kinetically powered EMP Charge Generator, typical use is as a defibrillator in the line of duty but can be discharged on contact in battle at varying degrees of intensity with effects ranging from disorientation to unconsciousness. Weaknesses:Jumpstart's onboard charge system allows him to generate significant voltages, which can be channelled on contact only.

See weaknesses for further detail. Height: 25 Feet Quote: “If a smack don’t fix it, it’s a technical issue” STR: 7 INT: 8 DEX: 5 SPD: 5 END: 5 COURAGE: 7 FIREPOWER: 5 ACCURACY: 4 MELEE 8 TECH SKILL: 10 CHARISMA: 6 RANK: 5 Profile: Rough around the edges is a polite way of describing Jumpstart. No worries, and you're welcome for the feedback. Alright, your character profile is good now, and I can give it the good passing grade of Approved. Your character's rank will be 5 (Soldier). Please post this application here and update the Roll Call. Can't wait to RP with you

Name: Saber; Sub-2 Allegiance: Autobot Function: High Speed Scout Alt. mode: Saber-tooth Tiger Weapons:[/b] High-Density Beam Gun Melee: Energon 'Raging Ripper' Claws, Midgard Energon Long Blade, Heat Rod, Crushing Maw, Shoulder Daggers[/ul] Special Abilities: Super Speed Height: 6.55 meters (21 feet 6 inches) Quote:Strength: 5 Intelligence: 5 Dexterity: 8j Speed: 7 (Robot), 8 (Alternative) Endurance: 8 Courage: 8 Firepower: 6 Accuracy: 7 Melee: 7 Tech Skill: 4 Charisma: 5 Rank: 5Profile:Saber or Subject 2 as he was known, was an experiment by Shockwave to create a second creature that was a warrior, yet loyal to the decepitcon's. With the success of Rexacon, on using a design from a different plant. While using the space bridge, Shocwave found a planet with an abundant amount of different life forms. Seeing one of the creatures on this planet, what looked like a robotic saber-toothed tiger, Shockwave captured it and brought it to his lab on Cybertron to be the base for his next creation. Originally known as Drach, he was a close friend of Tarrlock, who became known as Rexacon, and was a support soldier in the Decepticon military. Wanting to do more, Drach talked with Tarrlock, and thought it over and signed up to bra test subject, a few cycles after Tarrlock did. Whereas Rexacon became the successor to Grimlock; Drach was to be the predecessor to Razorclaw, and with some modifications or upgrades, Saber could in theory beat Razorclaw. However, the process was met with a number of errors and failures. During the process, the creature was taken apart, as was Drach. Than the new body was constructed. While the body was being built, Shockwave began to rebuild Drach's programming. With the various amounts of programming and redesign, Drach was changed into Saber. However, he had a few flaws that caused problems for Shocwave. The personality of Drach that was altered, combined with that of the creature, created a feral animal more than a loyal warrior. Where Rexacon was a powerful warrior, Saber was extremely fast. But what was dangerous, was how animalistic he was towards Shockwave and the Decepticon's that got near him. Marking him as failure, Shockwave deactivated him and was going to have him taken apart to be used as spare parts. As Saber was about to be scrapped, when an Autobot assault squad attacked and he was deactivated. During the fighting, Saber was able to break free and took out both some Decepticon's and Autobots. No one realized who or what Saber was as he escaped into the wilds of Cybertron. Weapons:- Energon 'Raging Ripper' Claws: The fore claws in his alternative mode are super sharp and can be charged with Energon to give him extra damage when he strikes with them. While in his robot mode, his fore claws are folded back onto his forearms, and can be folded out, covering his hands when he attacks with them if he wants.
- Midgard Energon Long Blade: On his back, is a large sword that is three-quarters as tall as him. This sword can be charge with Energon, just like his ripper claws for added damage. When not in use, it is held on his back in both his robot and alternative mode.
- Heat Rod: A segmented whip-like projected chain housed as a tail in his alternative mode, and on his lower back in robot mode. Deactivated, it can be used to trip or entangle an opponent. When activated, the material becomes super-heated, allowing it to cut and burn through armor.
- Crushing Maw: Saber's maw is able to open wide and used to bite/crush those that it has grabbed hold of. The crushing force is great, and can remove an appendage form a Cybertronian. However, it is usable better in his alt mode than his robot mode, due to its range being limited while in robot mode.
- High-Density Beam Gun: The high-density beam guns is located behind his jaws while in his alternative mode. The weapon is not that strong and is more of a short range weapon, and has full direction of fire as his head in his alternative mode. In robot mode, it is located directly int he middle of his chest and it can still be fired, but it is designed more as a short range weapon to intercept inbound weapons than to attack others, but it can do some damage if it does hit, just not much.
- Shoulder Daggers: Saber has two daggers, that are stored on his shoulders, one on each side. These Daggers are used when he has need ot using his shoulders while attacking. Moreover, he is able to pull these daggers and use them in his hands as weapons.
Special Abilities:- Super Speed: With his alternative mode being a Saber-tooth Tiger, Saber is very fast in his alternative mode. This is due that he is designed for speed more than power and it probably one of the fastest ground runners. This helps him to get into and out of places quickly and makes him a perfect high speed scout. While in his robot mode, his speed decreases slightly, but not by much; because while he is in his alt mode, he is moving on four legs, rather than two.
- Tracking: Due to having a Saber-toothed Tigher alternative mode, he is able to track by both smell and tracks on the surface, just any wild cat.
Weaknesses:- Feral/Animal Mentality: He has a very animal, almost feral mentality and at times acts more like an animal than an Autobot. This is due to the heavy modifications at the hands of Shockwave and the Decepticon scientist. However, he was never finished, so his feral side was never removed or hindered. Due to this, he will at times strike out before thinking, at both friend and foes alike. Usually, when he gets into this mindset, he will transform into his alternative mode of a Saber-tooth Tiger 90 percent of the time.
- Stubborn: Due to his feral side, he is a stubborn Autobot. He is set in his ways, or so he thinks, and it takes a lot of coaxing to calm down and to respond. This is more so needed when he is in his alternative mode and in a feral mindset.
- Problem with Authority: He has a problem with authority and tends to look at the leaders as being not that smart and weak. This was due to how he was never fully finished when he was found, and this did cause problems to his laser core/spark.
